Are the hair and skin care products safe for children?

All of our hair and skin care products are made with certified organic and natural ingredients. Therefore, all products are deemed safe for use on children's hair and skin, with the exception of our Protein Collection (not recommended for usage under 3 years). When using any product on children's hair and skin, be sure to use smaller amounts (dime to nickel sizes) to avoid unforeseen reactions.

 

Are the hair and skin care products available in any stores?

No. All of our products are made-to-order, to maintain freshness and product integrity. Therefore, we do not promote mass distribution at this time.

What are the products made with?

All of our hair and skin care products are made with certified organic and natural ingredients. We have conveniently provided the ingredients for each product on their respective product pages, under the "Ingredients" tab.

 

How should my hair and skin care regimens change throughout the seasonal year?

Since our products are created to nourish the hair and skin all year 'round, there should be no need for any drastic changes between the seasons. We do provide natural hair care training, coachingand a free workbook to help you pinpoint your natural hair and skin care regimen needs, if you aren't sure where to start.
 

Is it required that my hair is natural in order to use the products?
No. Our hair care products were created to promote good health and provide nourishment for all hair types and care stages (natural, processed, or otherwise).

Is this training led by a licensed cosmetologist?

This self-paced training was developed by a Natural Hair Culturist with over 15 years of professional natural hair care and styling experience, guided by 2 licensed cosmetologist with over 40 years of combined professional styling and salon experience.

 

Can I get my cosmetology license after taking this training?

This is not a "cosmetology" training course, though we cover the foundational basics of cosmetology in a full module. Therefore, a license is not warranted, though you will receive a certificate of completion, upon successful completion of this self-paced training.

Can I get my natural hair license after taking this training?

This is a self-paced training course designed to enlighten you and empower your personal and professional natural hair care journey for future personal and/or professional beauty industry endeavors. Therefore, a license is not warranted, though you will receive a certificate of completion, upon successful completion of this self-paced training.

When does the training start and finish?

Since this is a self-paced training course, the training officially starts whenever you sign up and ends once you've successfully completed all required modules and quizzes within! It was created as an 8-week self-paced training, but may take more or less time to complete, based off individual pace.

How long do I have access to the training and material?

After enrolling, you have unlimited access to the training and materials - across any and all electronic devices you may own.

(*Interruption in access may be necessary in the event any individual with a payment plan misses 1 or more payments - please review payment plans and options)

What if I am unhappy with the training?

We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first 14 days and we will give you a full or partial refund.

(*We reserve the right to issue a partial refund based on individual training and module completion and advancement, within any given period of time)

(One-on-One and Total Body Beauty and Wellness Accountability Program)

Is the Total Body Beauty and Wellness Program led by a physician or nutritionist?

This 6-month program was developed by a Nutritionist, who is also a Medical Assistant with over 10 years of professional medical and nutrition experience.

 

When does the Total Body Beauty and Wellness Program start and finish?

The program officially starts with your first coaching meeting. Unless you opt-out of one-on-one sessions and choose to access the training calendar prior to setting up any sessions with the lifestyle and nutrition coach.

The program is finished once you meet your 6 months or your ideal hair length or weight goal or goals.

(*In the event you are paying a payment plan, you will still be responsible for any remaining balance, if you choose to exit the program after reaching your goal or goals (before the full 6 months period has completed))

 

Will this coaching and/or program help with my hair and my health?

Yes. Our mission is to help you reconnect your body with its natural ability to heal. Though our aim will be focused on your individual area(s) of concern, much of what we offer is interconnected for the entire being. Therefore, all areas and systems of the body will benefit.

Will I be allowed to use other hair and skin care brands?

Yes. We welcome you to allow us to examine the brands you currently use for your hair and skin care. This will not only assist in our efforts to get you better results, but it will help us to help you to identify what brands are actually for you.

 

Are there any diet pills involved?

No. We do not promote the use of diet pills or any dieting trends. Our mission is to help you reconnect your body with its natural ability to heal. Therefore, some vitamin supplements may be suggested, on a very minimal level and only as deemed absolutely necessary.

Am I required to take "before" and "after" photos?

Yes. We require a "before" photo for our records, in order to help identify problem areas and surface concerns. This is usually due at or after the very first meeting to assess individual goals and the realism thereof. We also require periodic "update" photos throughout the Total Body Beauty and Wellness program, usually as a monthly progress note, in order to help identify additional areas of concern or adjustment, if necessary.

(*In the unlikely event a refund is requested on or around the 30 day period, we reserve the right to request additional photos for review, to determine the nature of a refund dispute and the amount to be reasonably refunded)

 

Will I be allowed to eat meat?

Yes. Our mission is not to restrict your current diet, but to help you to identify where change may be necessary. You are in complete control of your habits, therefore, you are in complete control of your results.

What if I miss a payment?

No worries. We understand that life happens. As long as you maintain open lines of communication with us, we will happily work with you through your difficulties.

(*In the unlikely event multiple payments are missed, consecutively, if we are not able to reach a reasonable agreement, verbally or in writing, your participation in the program will be terminated and you will forfeit any previous monies paid)
